Among the hundreds of rave reviews, there were many people who were unfamiliar with what exactly 'cultured butter' was. These butter cookies are absolutely delicious made with regular butter, but they become downright amazing with Plugrá or Land O Lakes Ultra Creamy. I made the ice box version because it's so quick. Used colored sugar to make them pretty. I really need to find an easy to use cookie press because I'd love to make the spritz version.
