Easy peezy donuts instructions

1. heat oil in a heavy bottom skillet or pot. enough to come 1/4 to 1/2 way up side.
2. mix sugar and cinnamon in a gallon size Ziploc bag or a large bowl set aside.
3. open biscuits and cut each into quarters.
4. once oil is heated fry until golden brown and cooked in the middle. this should take 3-4 minutes. be sure to flip them to brown on all sides.
5. take them out and place on paper towels to drain excess grease. shake or toss in sugar mixture while warm..
6. serve with a glass of milk. enjoy.
