- For the dough.
- in a cup put the warm water (40 degree s)and the sugar and 2 tablespoons yeast give it a good stir and cover for 10 mins.

- in a bowel mix all remaining dry components together and place the water slowly while stirring. dont put all the water at once as sometines there is humidity in the flower. when a nice ball of dough is formed make a whole in its middle.
- place the 1 tsp olive oil and knead for 10 minutes or 5 minutes in bread machine.
- make a ball and place in a clean bowel with a brush of olive oil on the top. cover it and place it in a warm place for 1 hour or until double in size.
- after it doupled in size cut it into 2 equal parts, give it a gentle knead, form a ball and give it 10 minutes to rest.
- for the pizza sauce.
- cut gently through the bottom skin of the tomatos forming a small X.
- in the boiling water drop the tomatos for 1 min until the skin starts to peal.
- take out and under cold water peal the tomatos skin and squeeze until seeds are out.
- give the tomato balls a little blend in your blender with about 1/4 cup of water.
- in a sauce pan give the garlic and butter 2 minutes together on medium high then pour the tomato mix.
- add salt, pepper and parsely and stir then lower temprature until you get the texture you love for your sauce.
- baking the pizza.
- preheat oven to 425°F.
- if you use a pizza stone preheat that.
- take the pizza balls and form your dough on a surface with a mix of flower and little corn flower. "dont make it too thick or it wont bake inside".
- I make pan pizza so I bake mine for 3-5 min before placing my toppings.
- if you use a pizza stone place your sauce and toppings the place for 15-20 min.
