Ingredients of Momi Classic Rosemary Bun
- Prepare 1 cup of Fresh milk.
- It's 1 tbsp of Yeast.
- It's 2 tbsp of Sugar.
- It's 3 of Egg - Mesium size.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Sugar.
- It's 1/4 cup of Butter.
- You need 1/4 cup of Ghee Oil.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Cooking oil.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Shortening.
- It's 1 tbsp of Rosemary - Finely chop.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Nutmeg - powder / grated.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Fine salt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Baking powder.
- It's 5 1/2 cup of Wheat flour.
- Prepare of Egg wash mix.
- It's 1 of Egg.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Warm water.
- You need 1 tbsp of Mayo.
- You need 1 tsp of Ghee oil.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Chicken stock powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Rosemary.
- It's 1/4 tsp of Nutmeg powder / grated.
- It's 1 dash of Salt.
Momi Classic Rosemary Bun instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together fresh milk, yeast and the 2 TBSP sugar. Set aside for 15 until they grown well.
- Add in sugar, eggs, butter, cooking oil, ghee oil, shortening and whisk well.
- In separate mixing bowl, mix well flour, salt, baking powder, nutmeg and rosemary then only take them out into the yeast bowl. Mix all well, cover with kitchen towel / plastict wrap and let them rest for an hour then keep them in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hour.
- Take out the dough, let them rest for an hour out of the refrigerator. Knead the dough and portion them into 75gm-100gm each. You'll have at least 13 portion. you can either let them into round or oblong shape.
- Spread the egg wash on top each of the portion and bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes.
